Participants will receive specialized training and mentorship throughout the Customized Employment process with a job seeker.   

Training consists of:

• Group discussions and classroom training tailored to each stage of the process.

• Preparation and Debrief at regular intervals

• Individualized review and feedback on Records of Discovery

• Opportunities to earn gift cards for submitting timely Records of Discovery! 

All training will focus on evidenced based fidelity.  Deepen the knowledge you gained in ACRE and take it from Paper to Practice!
